GENERAL SHIPPING FAQs
1. How long does delivery takes?
Once your order has been made, it will take around 1-5 working days for your package to arrive with local Ninjavan Delivery. For international orders, it will take 3-7 working days for them to be shipped.
2. How do I track my order?
We will update you with the delivery status once your order is processed. So check your inbox, we will email you a tracking code to follow the journey of your package at all times. Just in case you can't find it, you may want to check your Spam Mail.
3. Why is my tracking number unavailable?
The tracking number is usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Hang in there and do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If you made your order during the weekend or public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day as our warehouse is closed during weekends.
4. Can I make changes to my delivery address?
Reach out to us ASAP once the order is made via email@example.com or text us at +6011-1189 9282 (MY).
5. I was not around when the delivery is made and no one called me. How do I request the item to be resent?
Essentially, the courier service may/may not contact you upon delivery. For any delivery attempt made and no one is available to receive the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Second attempt delivery on failed & return packages will be charged accordingly.
